Yea Randy told me that he would call me on the 13th to let me know if my car would be ready by 12pm. At 12 I call and they informed me that he had a customer he was talking to and would call me back. At 2 o’clock he never called me back and I called Enterprise to see about the rental car and they ask if I had talked to anyone and I told them that Randy was surpost to contact me back and never did. The lady at Enterprise had to go and find out about my car no one at the body shop never called me back.

Kelvin was very kind to my husband and me He explained exactly what the procedure would be to repair my truck. I told him I did not like driving in busy morning traffic so he said I could arrive at 10 am instead of 8 am. Very kind and considerate! The woman at the front desk was very considerate as well. You all have a great staff!!
