Overall, it was a very smooth process. I love when they keep updating you, the status of the progress of your car being repair. Steven Henn was our guy. And definitely would love to recommend him. Were satisfied and very happy of the outcome of our repair. Thank you Frank Kent body shop.

My only complain is that- I asked our guy Steven Henn to paint a little scratches on the passenger side door, he agreed and he said yes they can do it. But when my car is done the repair, scratches are still there. I guess he forgot about it.

They were so kind and helpful to me. I was injured and navigating the wreck for the first time by myself. They not only took care of my car but made sure they took care of me on everything else and helped me with great advice!

He kept me informed by text on the arrival of parts, additional sub-surface damage found, and the work’s progress. I appreciated such communication. The body work was completed nearly a week and a half earlier than projected. My car had been perfectly restored and gleamed like a new car in a showroom. Throughout this process I was more than a work order on the shop advisor’s desk; he kindly conveyed that he understood my circumstances. Frank Kent is a trustworthy, top tier business highly recommendable.
