I first noticed that the antenna was broken off and left inside the truck. I bought a new one for $32. Later I noticed that the windshield washing solution was not refilled. And when I refilled it myself, I discovered that the hood is very difficult to open after pulling the release. And when it was reclosed, it wouldn't close completely. It would shake and vibrate when driving on the highway.

Desiree was so kind and considerate. She updated me every day so I could know what was happening with the car. She really made a special effort to connect with me and help me to feel more comfortable during a stressful time. The car looks great and I am so glad to have it back.
