My windshield was not replaced after a car accident and I had to address this with Crash Champions staff when picking up my car after it should have also been replaced. Secondly, the engine is knocking so violently that it is shaking the hood of the car. This is far from the condition of the car prior to the accident.

There some dried paint drippings near the trim close to the passenger tire. Paint matched very well, but there should have been some clean up before left to dry.

Extraordinary! Chelci explained the process to my understanding & even went the extra mile to have Wayne drive & pick me up to my residence which was only around a mile away. Wayne was very reassuring of the repairs & a gentleman.
