Frank Kent Body Shop service was exceptional from the start. The person who estimated my work gave me details and where possible, cost-saving choices. He kept me informed by text on the arrival of parts, additional sub-surface damage found, and the work’s progress. I appreciated such communication. The body work was completed nearly a week and a half earlier than projected. My car had been perfectly restored and gleamed like a new car in a showroom. Throughout this process I was more than a work order on the shop advisor’s desk; he kindly conveyed that he understood my circumstances. Frank Kent is a trustworthy, top tier business highly recommendable.
