We have used you in the past and had good luck just a few small issues like steering wheel being put back on crooked and some buff issues on the paint. This time I know it was going to be perfect but unfortunately the insurance company totalled our car not sure if it was because prices are so high now or if the unibody was damaged. I will say if we ever need work done in the future we will come to FK body shop. Thank you for always being nice and polite and answering all my questions.

I am happy Corbet Wicks kept me updated through out the entire process. I'm glad I chose Frank Kent Body shop because Corbet's attention to detail is perfect. OVERALL, my Honda CR-V looks like it was never involved in a collision. 10/10

Positives: My car looks great! It was also so nice having it cleaned on the inside before receiving it. Negatives: It took almost exactly a month for my car to get fixed. I received only ONE phone call the whole MONTH my car was getting repaired for an update. I had to continuously call and was given the run around with a final date. The receptionist was very rude when I came to pick up my car. No one even walked the car with me when I came to pick it up.

This experience started with a few misunderstandings as to where is was supposed to take my vehicle, but once that was cleared up it was nothing but amazing, I just dropped the vehicle off and Corbet Wicks took care of everything else, my Vehicle looks amazing, Thank you much!!!
