The repair work on my trucks looks great, and I’m very happy with the quality of the repairs.Unfortunately, the communication and scheduling were extremely disappointing. I was repeatedly given misleading timelines, the completion date was pushed back multiple times over several weeks, and my calls were not returned. Because of this experience, I would not return to or recommend Franklin Auto Body.

This was a tough one. There were unexpected challenges, and I understand, but the reality is you had my car for 6 weeks. Although the paint and condition of the repair is great, the fitment of the back door is not.

It's like a brand new truck. They left it so clean. The details that stood out were their care for my personal property. A note from Christmas, a rock that I'd picked up on a trip to Oregon, a lost jar of pickles. All intact and left for me to reclaim in the front seat. I'm very pleased.
