I had a great experience from start to finish. Mindy welcomed me warmly and she introduce me to Joey who went over everything that needed to be done. He was the person that updated me a couple times a day on the progress of my car. When I picked up my car Ben went out to my car when me to make sure I approved. Of course I did! It looked new and they washed it which was an added bonus. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone. Five stars!

These folks were wonderful! I have some fairly significant front end damage to my car, and they were able to get it done quickly. They did a beautiful job! Everyone was friendly and professional. Thank you, Caliber! 😁

I was more than satisfied. The person who did my repair also screwed a dangling piece of the car that was not related to my repair. This was very considerate. My hatch door lock was also fixed although this was likely only because it was needed to complete the repair order. Still, it was extemely happy with that result.

This could be a 10 but somehow there was no record of my first contact with this company even though I was given an initial inspection appointment. The phone assistance was great but it's unclear what went wrong. I would have been very angry if there were no available appointments close to the time I was given since I was under the impression an appointment had been booked.

Joey did an outstanding job with the repairs. I am extremely lucky that he was the tech assigned to my vehicle. I was kept informed and up to date with the time lines of the repair by the representative promptly and regularly.
