It's like a brand new truck. They left it so clean. The details that stood out were their care for my personal property. A note from Christmas, a rock that I'd picked up on a trip to Oregon, a lost jar of pickles. All intact and left for me to reclaim in the front seat. I'm very pleased.

The serve was first rate. I was given an appointment right away, and they gave me a ride back to my office after dropping off the vehicle. All the employees were great to work with. The communication about the status of my vehicle was excellent because they would periodically send texts about the status. It’s only been a week since the work was completed, but my truck looks like it did before the accident. I could not rate the service any higher. Excellent job.

I really like how my Santa Fe looks after Jeremy and his crew at Franklin Body shop fixed it all up after my accident. I had the pleasure of meeting Trish at the front desk and she was so nice and considerate. Jeremy and I walked out front and he thoroughly went over everything on the right side of my car where damage was. He took a lot of pictures tht he sent State Farm with the damages and provided me with a copy.

Customer service was awesome. I could call and ask questions whenever and they made sure I got answers. I was so pleased that they worked with Enterprise to get me a loaner car that I absolutely needed. They even made arrangements with Enterprise to pick up my rental so I didn't have to do that. I would highly recommend Franklin Auto Body to anyone who was trying to find a repair shop. They were very open and honest.
