I was disheartened when my tailgate would not properly close when I came to pick up my car. The gentleman who, I believe, worked in my car, asked why I lifted the hatch. Well, because that was what was damaged in my car, felt I needed to check it before I left. They believe they got it working, I pulled off the lot, and my hatch popped up. Felt like I was being sent home when you knew my car was not 100%. After second run at it, believe it was fixed properly. My fingers are crossed.

From the first friendly greeting by Trish; Shelton's positive attitude and knowledge I knew I choose the correct auto body shop! The price was very fair and the work was done quickly - 10 days (another shop said they couldn't get me in for 3 weeks and then would need the vehicle for 3 weeks to complete the work - what ?!?!?). Completely satisfied with the workmanship and will recommend to any one that asks!
