My Experience

I had an excellent experience with Franklin Paint and Body while getting my Dodge Challenger repaired. They were extremely communicative, efficient, and diligent throughout the entire process. They kept me informed every step of the way, made sure everything was handled properly, and went above and beyond to get the job done right. It’s hard to find a business that genuinely cares about providing great service, but Franklins definitely delivered. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and exceptional customer service! 10/10 experience!

Went above and beyond to make repairs on time and have the truck back to me when they said they would. Always nice about calling getting things setup and getting updates. When I picked up truck and observed something that didn’t look right they did not hesitate to fix it. Franklin paint and body I would recommend and use again in the future.

I really appreciate Mary for being my advocate with Alfa and being willing to separate the invoices so that I could pay the difference and not have my SUV totaled. And then the overall out of pocket was over $2000 less. I also appreciate how quickly my suv was ready. Thank you to all of the team for fixing my SUV and making it as good as new!
