I gave it a 7. Franks auto body is above average. But can do better. We all can do better. We had a few issues. I had to fight to correct them. I know it's difficult dealing with insurance companies. Everyone at Frank's auto body did a great job..

I really liked the quality of work. Everyone was outstanding. Very professional. The only issues were a insurance adjustment, after I picked up the car went to the gas station it didn't start. I had to call my husband. The battery cables needed to be tightened. My husband fixed it. Other than that everything is great. Thank you to everyone at Frank's body shop.

Great customer service. Great quality of work. A couple issues. One with allstate which they corrected. After I picked up my car it seemed like it was low on gas. I keep it full all the time. It was close to half a tank. I went to the gas station. It wouldn't start. I called my husband. He came and had to tighten the battery cables. Other than that everything is fine. A big thank you to everyone at Frank's auto body.
