Gerber Collision & Glass once again delivered exceptional service. They maintained consistent communication, keeping us informed throughout the entire process. They provided an upfront estimate for the repair costs of our vehicles and made every effort to adhere to that estimate as closely as possible. For instance, one of their parts dealers attempted to upsell them, but they declined and instead contacted other suppliers to secure a more favorable price for us. They contacted Jeep directly and were able to obtain OEM parts for us at the lower third-party price they initially quoted. Brandon's work was exceptional, and we strongly recommend their services.
