Rob was extremely confrontational, argumentitive, scatter-brained, and a bit of a con man who continually changed pricing estimates, deadlines, and promises. I do not recommend the location off of Estrella for that reason and I wouldn't recommend that location to USAA in the future. However, Justin from the El Camino Real location was quite the opposite - helpful, patient, professional, precise, customer service orineted and a pleasure to work with. Hope this helps.
