Fernando the contact was great. But the repair job, had to send the car back because there were 3 major issues still wrong with the car the first time they said it was "ready".

They are very nice and professional and the work was done beautifully. They did take 2 times as long as I was originally quoted, which was disappointing. I was told 5-6 days, but they had my car for a full 2 weeks. This was critical for me as I do use my car for work. It was definitely an inconvenience for my whole family as we had to juggle cars for an extra week.

The work done was excellent. The customer service was pretty good. There was a disconnect between what I was told to expect at the dealership, and what transpired at the Auto Body shop. I was told at the dealership that it could be done in one week. It took two weeks. I was told I could rent a car through Enterprise for $20/day. It was $42/day. None of that is a big deal, but it’s better not to over promise up front and disappoint.

Everyone was very nice. I missed a call by one of the staff at Frank’s Auto Body, but I called right back. I was told the rep was busy and he’d call back. It was in regard to a small dent. I never got a call back.
