Probably not a great idea to send this survey when I had to return the car because it was not fixed properly.

Fernando has been great. My issue is not with him. I do think your automatic notification system is not reliable as I literally received a text that the work was halfway done, only to receive a phone call that night the car was ready to be picked up...a week early. That is great, but the lack of notice doesn't help with planning.

The service was great, the text updates were helpful, they worked directly with the insurance company. It did seem to take a long time what did not seem like a a lot of damage, but may I'm just not familiar with these types of services. Overall, satisfied with the customer service.
