The team is a pleasure to work with but we will need to re-do the work because of a dent established at the end of installation. There was also a scratch that occurred during repair that was covered with touch up paint that will have to be addressed as well. Grateful that the team offered to schedule and comp these fixes at a later date. Thx

The value and the work was good but I would warn people to expect some disorganization on the part of Jeremy. While he may be great with cars, he clearly lacks organizational skills and leans heavily on Ashley for that. Ashley does a great job but she is one person in a very busy shop.

The pick up experience was a bit off. The office manager was left alone on a Friday night. Several customers were told to come at 5 pm to pick up vehicles. Jeremy had left and taken keys for one of the vehicles. Other vehicles didn’t seem to be ready or couldn’t be located. The office manager was trying to manage everything by herself and clearly should have been off work at 5:00 pm. She remained professional but the situation itself was not professional and she should not have been left alone to manage all of those customers after hours.

This is my Google review: I loved everything about my experience here. I'm so glad my insurance company (Mercury Ins) works with them. Ashley first helped me over the phone when I made my appointment and answered all of my questions about insurance and the process. Then Jeremy helped me after I dropped off my vehicle, and he went above and beyond my expectations. He kept me updated every step of the way, including details about the repair process and how long my vehicle would be in the shop. Both Ashley and Jeremy were kind, caring, and helpful from beginning to end. The shop did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle too, it looks great!! It’s so nice to be treated so well when you’re already feeling anxious and overwhelmed by the stress of having your vehicle repaired. Thank you guys so much 🙂💙🙏
