having Used Franks with Larry twice in Laguna Beach and good experience but dealy in payment for money owed but would have used him again. Rubens, great experience Franks San Clemente felt a little abused on on service price and distrusted the service writer. Body shop experience on 2016 Hyundai Tucson took several trips to get the calibration corrected.

I wrote a long consigning including buying and later consigning a 2017 E 400 cabriolet with Larry at Franks Laguna Beach. Used Rubens and Franks for service on the GL 450. Mercury and Franks care less response to damages on the center console and burn scar on the passenger seat front of the upper passenger seat face, smell of cigarette and other issues forces me to litigate this matter.
