I am beyond satisfied with the work Caliber Collision did on my truck. From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Their professionalism was outstanding, and they kept me informed throughout the entire repair process with consistent communication, so I always knew what was going on. The repairs were completed in a timely manner (before the estimated completion date), and the quality of the work is exceptional. What really impressed me was the level of care they put into everything. I dropped my truck off dirty, and they returned it to me spotless, clean, and shining. They even took care of an additional issue that they didn't have to, which really showed how much they care about doing the job right. It's rare to find a business that genuinely cares about its customers and takes such pride in its work. The entire team made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly easy, and I couldn't be happier with the results. You have a big problem at Caliber Collision! Everyone there is so friendly, knowledgeable and hardworking that it makes every other business pale in comparison. My car was finished much earlier than anticipated and the work is perfection. I will of course recommend Caliber to everyone!

Very professional, very efficient they kept me informed all along the way about the repairs on my car. The staff was friendly starting with the receptionist, the service people that took care of my car. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. I definitely would continue to take my car, hopefully I won’t have to anytime soon, but if I did, I would go to caliber, and I would also refer all of my friends to your establishment
