Fernando was very personable and helpful. He estimated a 3-day repair if there was no hidden damage, so I dropped it off 8am Tuesday morning and expected it back Thursday or Friday. Then on Wednesday morning, I received a text saying it was just started and would take 6 days! I texted back that I had expected it to take half as long, and ultimately it was completed on Thursday, so I was happy about that. When paying, I was surprised about the credit card fee, but Fernando worked with me and I was able to come back and reverse the credit payment and paid with a check.
