Everything was absolutely perfect until I got the car back and Angel denied taking responsibility for the screen.

Although the repair itself turned out great, and I'm thankful for you guys in that regard, the radio screen in my car was returned full of deep scratches. I had pictures of the car before dropping it off, clearly showing there were no scratches. Everyone here had been so nice before this, I thought I would be coming here for paint touch ups and any body work in the future. I'm also in the Subaru ambassador program, and had planned on recommending Frank's auto collision since this is a Subaru certified shop. However, I'm extremely disappointed in the way this radio issue was handled. I've owned the car for two months, and now I need to spend $2,000 to replace the head unit. I'm extremely dissatisfied and hope someone reaches out to help resolve this. Had this not happened, I would've rated the experience more than 5 stars because of how helpful and kind everyone had been.
