Despite my disappointment at this one experience, I have had great success in the past.

I really needed my car in 5 full work days, but unfortunately Frank’s reached out to their supplier, Irvine BMW, after two days for a specific part, and thus the car was not ready 4 extra days beyond the initial plan. I dropped off the car Monday morning at 8am, and it was expected to be ready Friday by 4pm. It was ready by the following Tuesday at 4:15pm. Those extra 4 days hurt my family since I couldn’t afford to rent a car. Franks has ALWAYS BEEN AWESOME for every experience before this one. They are punctual, kind, supportive and professional through and through. I’ll treat this experience as an anomaly.
