They used OEM panels and finish looked great. Jeremy and the crew made minor adjustments I requested at pick up and a few days later (squealing window lift).

Only thing keeping them from a "10" is wait time at the office. That is minor, however, and attributable to a very busy operation.

The owner and body shop workers were super nice and friendly!! I cannot say the same for the grumpy lady at that front desk though. I wont give less than a 10 because thats not fair to everyone else who didnt have a grumpy attitude.

The repair took more time than expected. I would have appreciated a "heads up" call to inform me of the time extention needed to wait for parts etc. I am very pleased with the work.

If you are unable to complete the repairs by the original date you quote, then you need to notify the customer, not wait for the customer to call you, or even worse, not respond to customer phone calls so that they need to stop by your shop to get information.

The car itself look brand new. the best part is that they took the time to answer all my questions about the status of my car while it was being fixed. They even did an emaculate job cleaning it before it was given back to me. Top standard and deffinitly a great crew.
