Honestly, I’m pretty bummed about the outcome. The back end sounds like it’s going to fall off every time I make a turn or go over a speed bump. There are scratches on parts that weren’t even apart of the accident. They left tape on the inside of one of the windows that I can not remove. The Impreza logo is crooked, the lock bottom on the trunk is wedged and does not work half the time, and the trunk hardly shuts correctly the first time. There’s even still writing on one of my roof racks that never got removed and won’t come off after car washes. I have used you guys before and didn’t have these problems. The whole job felt rushed. It’s almost like the team assumed my car was totaled, threw parts around and just didn’t treat the car well at all. I’m scared to call and say anything because I don’t want more damage done.
