Jerry did an exceptional job of delivering all services and I felt comfortable as I considered him to be a man of honesty & character whom I could TRUST. He IN NO WAY VIOLATED THAT TRUST. But somewhere up the pole of policy I felt VERY VIOLATED because my veracity and honesty were not regarded as such!! Policy may be "it's not personal" but when it is directed to me it is VERY PERSONAL TO ME! And when my personal check is rendered UNADMISSABLE FOR PAYMENT that insult is beyond measure! At 80 yrs of age that has never occured!! I would NEVER carry that much cash. And I see no reason for you or I to pay a fee for using a credit card when I KNOW MY CHECK WILL PUT THE TOTAL DUE IN YOUR POCKET IMMEDIATELY! There are crooks in the world but I am NOT ONE OF THEM and I cannot accept being treated as if I am.

Jerry and the crew were all amazing with their jobs! The customer service from all of them was stellar and kept me updated on the process of fixing my vehicle all the way through. Jerry even went the extra mile to point out an unrelated problem on my vehicle I have and gave me some directions on where to go to fix the issue. I have had a leak in my vehicle and he drained part of the sun roof for me with my permission and helped me eliminate a potential problem. I am grateful for everyone’s hard work at Frank’s Collision on Armour Rd and would highly recommend anyone to have their car’s serviced there for anything they can work on.
