The place was clean inside in and out, I was greated with a big beautiful smile that made me feel right at home, the repairs was made in a short time once parts was in,very professional and courteous, kept me up to date through the process, the paint job is incredibly blended in to factory paint and it looks like a new truck.ill definitely take my repair needs to franks collision center. I am dissatisfied because I was told so many different things and at the end I was at a loss when I felt my vehicle should have been repaired in its entirety or it should have been totaled. They did enough work to keep it under a certain amount instead of totalling the vehicle. When I picked my vehicle up I had to immediately take it to the shop and have my air shocks repaired because my vehicle was not driving properly. I no longer had the rental car therefore I was without a vehicle until it was repaired. I had to pay out of pocket to get my vehicle repaired and I was at an inconvenience.
