For what has been done so far I am very pleased. Still waiting for two anchors to be replaced in the cargo area. The one’s that are in place are not functioning properly. Evidently when the parts were reinstalled the were broken. I’m surprised the technician doing the reinstall didn’t bring the situation to light. I hate to think they were hoping I would not notice the broken parts. All in all I’m very pleased with all the personnel I worked with through the process. When I came back the next day after pickup, I showed Jennifer and she jumped right on ordering the replacement parts. Waiting to hear when to bring my car back in to finish the repair.

They gave it back to me with brackets showing on the left-hand side of my bumper and the right hand side was open a little bit they took it back and readjusted it, but I still see the three brackets but just not as much

I can still see some of the brackets on my front bumper even though they readjusted it. It looks better than what they tried to give me the first time and I don’t have no money to keep renting a car so it is what it is. I kept it.
