Give Seth a raise! Seth was great the original back story was that a body shop in New York messed my truck up, Caliber fixed everything and held the body shop (auto glen) accountable and even replaced my battery. Seth called me everyday to give me an update! If I could give them 10 stars I would! Also big shot out to Austin and Willie!

I just feel like they could’ve done a better job at the repair, they did my car before and it was perfect. This time it wasn’t.

You guys fixed the broken headlight and the bumper was good , but the fitment was off for the headlight when it wasn’t before. It was said that it was due to a previous accident but it was perfect fitment on the headlight prior to the accident I brought it in this time which is a bit confusing. They said it was tightened up so now the door makes a noise every time I open it as well which wasn’t like that before or after the accident until I went to pick it up after the repairs were done. Those are my only complaints. The mechanic I talked to was very professional which was a plus. Just not the best repair.
