I couldn't be more satisfied with the work Caliber did on my vehicle. From start to finish, the entire process was professional, organized, and stress-free. They kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. When I got my car back, the quality of the repairs exceeded my expectations. It looked like the accident had never happened. The attention to detail, craftsmanship, and pride they take in their work really showed. What impressed me most was the outstanding customer service. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was completely satisfied.
