Very diligent, conscientious, and professional. Invested a significant amount of personal resources to find the exact parts needed to repair our automobile. The car exterior is perfect but significantly more important it is perfect under the hood. All of the work is guaranteed for the lifetime of the vehicle. The office updated us twice a week via telephone calls and text messages as to the progress of repairs and status of orders. This is the second MB we have had repaired at Fred Bianco. Everyone is always pleasant, knowledgeable and willing to take the time needed to get the job done perfectly and educate the clients. Always treated us with respect. We have completed confidence in Fred Bianco Auto Repair and would strongly recommend them.
