Fredricktown Chevrolet people are like family! Recently, a buzzard, yes, buzzard, hit my Equinox . II took it there to be repaired. As usual, I am very happy with results! When I picked up my vehicle, it looked gorgeous! Shinny and the bumper was no longer ger dented!! I love my Yankee candle air freshener, too! Thank you, I feel pampered! Also, thanks to John, in body shop, for working with me and being so accommodating Katie was great, as well! She truly made everything go smoother. Austin was there when I picked it up, well, we all know Austin is super! I know several worked on it that I am not aware of, but that you to all the awesome crew at Fredricktown Chevrolet!

I love my Fredricktown Chevy family! I have always been satisfied. The last time was mo different! My bumper looked great and my car was all shined up, beautifully! It even smelled great with that awesome Yankee candle freshener! Thank you to John S in collision for working with me! I will be forever grateful! Katie, is a pleasure to deal with, good at her job! Of course Austin! He s always great! I believe Josh is the one who was kind enough to retreive my belongings in rental, I left. Also, very nice! You all make a great place to come and be cared for ,by family!! Thank you!

I took my car into fredricktown Chevrolet. When I got there's they came outside looked over everything then took pictures and even pointed a few things I didn't see. I delt with John for the most part, he was awesome. He kept me informed through the whole process . He was very professional! I was truly happy with the experience and the results of the body work!
