Got the main job done with time to spare, but won’t take ownership or even attempt help another issue that happened to the car while under care unless pay extra. Feature worked before I took it in and now it doesn’t. Not acceptable. Should be returned without anything out of place after service.

Helped match the car repair time with my car rental but neglected double checking a feature that now doesn’t work while under their service and won’t even take another look at it to see why it went away. Worked before now it doesn’t.

My car was not repaired because it ended up being totaled, but they were very respectful of my property in my vehicle and also asked if I was ok and sorry that the vehicle was totaled.

I only ever spoke with John in service but he was wonderful and I really appreciate all of his help. I brought in a Honda for a insurance claim from hitting a deer and when I got my car back it looked wonderful. She looked brand new again and they Swept out my car out as an added bonus.
