We were highly disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism shown to us during the process of trying to get a repair estimate and information about our vehicle.

We had no repairs done. Our car ended up being totaled. It took 3 weeks and phone calls from us to try and get an answer as to whether or not our car could be repaired.

We were not contacted by Katie unless we called and left messages during the three week timeframe. We never received any email and had no idea where our possible repair status was until we took the car back a second time thinking it would be dropped off to be fixed.

Absolutely happy with the work the collision shop has done! It took a little time for parts, but I was not too worried about that. My car looks brand new and so far no issues. They also took it upon them selves to fix a minor defect that was a huge help! Very helpful and diligent!! Thank you all!
