Hood was left loose on passenger side had to tighten bolts myself after I popped hood to check fluids....not happy at all

Headliner was stained due to busted back window - reinstalled with water stains very noticeable (not washed clean). Husband had to vacuum glass from the backseat area leftover from the accident. Rust residue and dust found in the truck bed from auto body work. Duct tape residue still on paint job around the repair area (had to be taped off prior to Freddy Chevy being able to work on the repair). Back window had dusty water spots all over it.
