My vehicle was returned on Friday 21st a week sooner than I expected. When I needed to retrieve something from my car while it was still in the lot, Edie didn't have a problem with taking me to my car and being able to get the items out. My Subaru looks great and I more than thrilled to have it back. Freedom sent me continuous texts giving me updates along the way as to how the repair was going. My insurance company, Allstate, has a great partner with Freedom to help clients on the way to getting their vehicles repaired.

2nd vehicle i had repaired there 1st was excellent 2nd will be last. Garbage in back seat, had inspection sticker when came in didn't when picked up. Wasn't very clean.
