Repairs seem to be completed professionally, but it's too early to tell if we will have any issues. The trunk area of the car was filthy with muddy footprints on the mat and back of rear seats. I had to clean tharmt up. The inside of the front windshield was wiped with something wet, but then not dried completely with a cloth, so there were dried wet spots and dripping that dried and I had to clean it myself. A shop we used in the past, did a better job detailing the car prior to pick up.

My horn was not installed. Not all the parts for my light bar were purchased. The horn that was installed is incomplete and sounds horrible. And I was originally told that additional parts would be put in so I ordered them, only to have them change their mind later and not put them in and now I cannot return them. Despite explaining everything and providing all of the invoices to purchase things for the vehicle, I still did not get them to have the delivery as promised initially.
