All seems well after pick up The staff I dealt with were excellent! There was some sticker residue on the windows. Otherwise, it might’ve been a 9-10. Too early to tell on my long range satisfaction to give a high rating like a 10.

Flabbergasted (the good kind)! That’s how I describe my reaction to Freedom’s service. Just the right amount of communication/updates throughout my body work to keep me apprised of the estimated date of completion. Clear communication of accurate information. Cadillac customer care. Freedom has earned not only all body work I ever need, they do inspections, too! There are multiple chips, bubbles and debris in the new paint , grass still hanging off control arms , plastic clips on bumper and center console wont snap into place , the cab is sitting a visually noticeable few inches crooked , my floor mats are missing and a senimental feather also missing ,inner fender gapped open , ring scratches on the driverside front and rear door (don't wear it ring ) hoods crooked, alightment pins on camber are all bent . The truck definitely wasnt polished or buffed . When I picked it up I only noticed one chip and was informed by a lady they didnt even touch that side .... my husband was driving and I didnt see the original damage so I didnt argue, turns out that was the exact side that tool the damage . And AND....BOTH SIDES WERE ACTUALLY TOUCHED

There is permanent indents on my gear shift. My cargo area looks like someone hauled stuff from a farm. The cargo area is covered in dirt and dust. This is a brand new car, and it looks like a farm car on the back side.

My trunk/cargo of my suv was covered in dirt/ dust, and my gear shift has indents on it. I completed a survey stating I wasn’t happy about it. This is a brand new car. I received an email the next morning asking about. The gear shift is getting replaced by them. I was able to clean the dirt/dust all off the back area
