There is permanent indents on my gear shift. My cargo area looks like someone hauled stuff from a farm. The cargo area is covered in dirt and dust. This is a brand new car, and it looks like a farm car on the back side.

My trunk/cargo of my suv was covered in dirt/ dust, and my gear shift has indents on it. I completed a survey stating I wasn’t happy about it. This is a brand new car. I received an email the next morning asking about. The gear shift is getting replaced by them. I was able to clean the dirt/dust all off the back area

I was in a car accident and my insurance company recommended Freedom Collision. I was a bit hesitant to follow this but I’m glad I did. Work was completed on time. One thing that stood out for me was the friendliness of all the staff that I met including the receptionist and laborers. I had a concern when I picked up my car and they looked at it right away. They reset some sensors which seemed to fix the issue. I was worried about pulling it off the lot without knowing with certainty that everything was good to go. The gentleman listened to my concerns and reassured me that that my car insurance offers a lifetime guarantee as long as I own the car and they have no problem taking a look at it at a later date if anything comes up. So many staff at garages are “tough” and dismissive but these people really took a load off the whole experience. I’ve already recommended them to my neighbor and would go to them in the future if I need anything. Thank you staff at Freedom Collision!
