The first time I come to get my car key fobs would not unlock my doors. Tech could not figure out what was wrong so then car had to be sent to Subaru dealer to fix. That was frustrating.

Terrible communication. Told me a date for pick up than 3 hours before pick up, I was told my vehicle needed to be reassembled and that the parts came in wrong. Then told me another pick up time and date, when i asked if my vehicle was ready for pick up. I was ignored until the next day.
