I appreciated the process from start to finish. I did not wait long for the initial appointment to get a quote for repairs. My vehicle appointment to begin the repairs was scheduled very soon after the quote. They kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. My vehicle was finished within the time frame they told me. My vehicle looks great. They did a fantastic job. I would recommend them amd would use them again.

I received my vehicle back with more dings and bigger dents than I left it with. A previous dent on trunk of vehicle was easily deeper than before. Several indents on the passenger and driver sides, some with the paint still on it. Paint chipping has worsened due to these new markings.

Despite the fact that my vehicle was returned to me with the repairs promised, I was shocked to discover several new dents and pre-existing ones much deeper. Not only thus, but my driver side tail light which was unmolested, now has sub level cracks underneath.
