I received my vehicle back with more dings and bigger dents than I left it with. A previous dent on trunk of vehicle was easily deeper than before. Several indents on the passenger and driver sides, some with the paint still on it. Paint chipping has worsened due to these new markings.

Despite the fact that my vehicle was returned to me with the repairs promised, I was shocked to discover several new dents and pre-existing ones much deeper. Not only thus, but my driver side tail light which was unmolested, now has sub level cracks underneath.

Repairs were done in a timely manner. We were quoted 2-3 weeks and it was done in 2. All work was done well. The only complaint we have is the automated system updates. We received one update when we dropped it off and then no other updates. After 2 weeks, we called to see when the car would be done and were told it was done and being cleaned up ready for pick up. No updates through the system, no phone calls.

The repair work was awesome. The only complaint I have was communication. The app was not updated and calls were not made to tell us the work was started or done. Had we not called - we would not have known.

I can gladly send pictures. But the bumper is misaligned. The hood has a .5 inch gap between itself and the replaced bumper. And the hood sits lower than the top of the bumper. Very poor quality.
