Whole experience was not good. First, I had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time to get the initial appraisal. When I picked up the car, the fuse cover under the dash was missing. When I went to tell someone, I was told in a rude tone that mistakes happen and she would call to the back to see if they had it. Turns out it was just under all the stuff that was in my trunk that was just left in the passenger seat snd floor area when I picked the car up. The worst part though is the color match. It is terrible. I've shown pictures to the owner of the dealership I work for and had the GM and others look at it in person as well, and they all agreed. It does not look good. I told the manager when I picked up the car that it didn't look good, and I was told that white is a hard color to match. I felt like nobody there even cared about my experience there, even after I voiced concerns. If I ever have to use a collision center again, I will use any place but Freedom Collision.

Did not remove broken glass from interior of back hatch. When lift gate goes up can hear old glass rolling around. Did not correctly place trim clips on inside of lift gate.

I threw a different set of tires on it because it is an all-wheel-drive car and you put a full tread depth tire, which would’ve damaged the AWD system if left ignored most shops would’ve just shaved the tire down to match or atleast told me
