I was sent home with no license plate on my car, it was on the floorboard and my license plate bolts were missing. My deck was replaced but the glass portion that opens has bad shocks and if you lift the glass it SLAMS down..it caught me on the head, but if it didnt hot me in the head it would have probably broken the glass when it slammed shut. I am waiting on a return call from my ins agent regarding issue.
