If I didn't already have a Ford Truck on order at a different dealer, I would certainly choose Freedom Ford, even though it is a 45 minute drive from where I live.

I had my 2020 Honda Accord repaired at Freedom Ford (Donaghue Ford), and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Freedom Ford not only repaired the rear-end of my vehicle (I was rear-ended), they did a spectacular job! The paint not only matched, I couldn't tell where the new paint began and the old paint was. It was also finished in 4 days including the day I dropped off the car and the day I picked it up. INCREDIBLE. But that's not all... Freedom Ford detailed my car inside and out, before I picked it up! It looked like a brand new car!

Rusty is great! He is super to work with and bends over backwards to help out. I had surgery on my shoulder 2 weeks before I dropped off the car for repair, and Rusty took care of everything from the minute I drove into the repair center in Greenville (TX).

RUSTY is an amazing point of contact. When asked questions he was honest and thorough, and even met with me super early to get my vehicle as i leave early for work and get home after Ford is closed for the evening. Any questions i had were answered in a timely fashion with transparency. When i got the car back, it was not only quality work but also looked way better than i had brought it in (wreck aside—i just mean in general) we will be using freedom Ford for any collision or service in the future because of the impact and customer service that Rusty and the collision center provided. Thank you for making a stressful time more at ease.
