I just realized that you aren’t talking about your call center. You’re talking about your collision center. I would advise you to spell out collision because otherwise it looks like you don’t know how to spell call. I guess everybody but old ladies would know that COLL stands for collision. I feel kind of stupid now that I figured it out.🙃
