From all aspects, as in the past in doing business with Freeman, the total process exceeded my expectations. From the onboarding personnel to the damage assessment repair estimate, to the damage repair/painting, to the detailing of the total exterior and interior, the experience was exceptionally fine. I'm a "car neat freak" and want no one to touch my car, when damaged, other than Freeman. Thank you - my car is again "show room quality!"

It couldn’t be fixed due to age of vehicle and part not available. Not their fault just mine for having an old truck. Otherwise they were great. Nice people. I’ll use them in the future if I need to.

Thanks for a very thorough repair. I can’t even tell my car was ever in an accident because it looks brand new. The staff was super friendly to deal with as well. This is my third or fourth time dealing with your business and I am sure you will see me again.
