They were excellent communicators, fair, understanding, sympathetic. All around it could not have been a better experience for starting in a situation that was less than ideal (having my car need repair).

TJ and his team are absolutely amazing! TJ repaired cars for us over the years and we are always happy! I was T-boned in an accident and they picked up my car the same day! I got it back in less than 2 weeks! I would NEVER take my cars anywhere except to Freeport Collision! Thank you TJ and the team!
