My husband and I were greatly pleased with the exceptional service we received at Freeport Collision. The receptionist Nicole was pleasant and accommodating, making sure to make the process as convenient as possible. They communicated with us via txt messages to assure us the work was on schedule, that had a break down of the invoice, and the expected date the car would be ready; they finished two days early. They cleaned our car and the work was great. Very professional shop. Fred was also very professional and provided great service. We would recommend them.

Matt and Tom were amazing. The car was repaired in a very quick manner. They worked with my daughter to give her back a car she would love. AND SHE DOES! The car looks amazing. Great job!!!

You guys are awesome. The lines of communication kept flowing, so far everything seems to be put together well. I only wish that all the parts looked original, in reference to a piece replaced under my hood but overall, you guys provided quality service as far as I can see. Also it may just be me but my new headlights don't seem like they have the same range as my old set did. I may be wrong. Thanks though!
