Your collision reps need to have mobile phones that they can answer while out in the shop, etc Sometimes you have to sit in their office for 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to track them down when a simple call to their mobile phone would have been a much better customer experience

I would not recommend this shop based on the condition my vehicle was returned to me in. I have photos that were taken after the vehicle was supposedly repaired. The engine compartment was left extremely dirty, with leaves and debris throughout areas that had clearly been disturbed. There were also components and covers that were not properly secured or reinstalled. Inside the vehicle, trim pieces were left loose/missing, including an opening in the headliner, and the overall interior showed obvious signs that the vehicle had been taken apart and not properly put back together. What really bothered me was the lack of attention to detail. When a shop disassembles this much of a vehicle, I expect everything to be properly reassembled, secured, cleaned, and inspected before handing the car back to the customer. This is not the condition a customer should receive their vehicle. the amount of stress, time, and back-and-forth it took to get there was completely unnecessary. A proper final inspection and better communication could have prevented a lot of this.
