I’m putting a 10 because I was highly satisfied with David especially Ivan and Jessica. They were very professional and helped me out during this process, but I did want to make mention of a Britt that I spoke with that was to me very unprofessional on the telephone sounded rude and unhappy with this job when speaking with him in reference to my vehicle, it was as if I was calling a residential number in my opinion, this should be addressed because no customer needs to feel the way that I felt when speaking with him it’s crazy to even say that, but it was night and day from the service that I have been receiving with the other three representatives But thanks again David for your professional A1 customer service and getting me up-to-date and my vehicle return. I really appreciate it sir and I wanted to let you know that you are doing a great job over there and this company needs people like you on their team that really cares.

I will never again take my vehicles to friendly Chevrolet I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership and I makes me reconsider another dealership when I am ready to purchase again just for the bad experience with the collision center
