The initial service representative talked to me on a Friday and talked to the person who would pay for the repairs and gave me a written estimate and scheduled me to bring the car in on the following Monday. My wife talked to him on Minday and rescheduled for Wednesday. When my wife took the car in on Wednesday he was not in. Mr Orta called him regarding the estimated and he said he did not remember talking to me or the person who agreed to pay. After requesting a supervisor the situation was quickly resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

replaced mirror is different than the original one. the service rep. nor anyone else a friendly caught the difference I had to call back and tell them . now I'm being told that the manufacture has changed it and I have two different mirrors on my vehicle. I has had to be the one to call and follow up on what the status of the mirrors
