The repair shop person name Kurt is really nice, explained everything in Detail. Very pleasant to deal with. The other associates at the CS desk were not as friendly and pleasant.

I would never. Kurt admitted to us multiple times were things were done incorrectly, and still didn’t do anything to fix all items. Argued with us that the wreck didn’t cause them. Also did not keep in contact. So since August 15th we’ve only heard from the shop maybe 5 times. Our truck is still not fixed and it’s just been a nightmare.

Repair job was done well, but for some unknown reason, the battery was dead after the repair, and had to have jumped I’m unsure bid it was related to poor connection of light still figuring out
